New & Experienced Coaches needed for recreational classes to competitive team.

New & Experienced Coaches needed for recreational classes to competitive team.
High energy individuals that are:
- Punctual and timely in arrival times.
- Able to maintain that energy, engagement, and awareness throughout 3 to 4 back-to-back class sessions in a day; this enables coaches to.
- Assess the skill level of all students in their class, while being able to give accurate and knowledgeable information to parents regarding a student’s behavior, progress, and any injuries they may incur.
- Pay attention to details when giving corrections to students in regards to skills.
- Manage time effectively, as they are given specific amounts of time to perform tasks.
- Comfortable speaking to and addressing, in a way that is both enthusiastic and professional, parents and students who are unfamiliar.
- Will be required to work a max of 12 class hours per calendar week. Any additional hours may be worked if desired by picking up shifts for Camps and Birthday Parties. Parties are Saturday’s & some Sunday’s.
- Will be required to work a party shift one Saturday per calendar month.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
